'They don't want us involved': Trump says Iran will negotiate because it fears war with US

Iran is willing to negotiate with the US because "they do not want us involved,” US President Donald Trump said during remarks at the National Prayer Breakfast in Washington, DC, on Thursday. White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt told reporters on Thursday that President Donald Trump is looking to US-Iran talks in Oman on Friday to determine whether a deal can be struck with Iran, amid a US military buildup in the region.
