The White House is pressing him to sign a ceasefire agreement that includes clauses at odds with his own stated positions. The American plan is no longer conceptual. It consists of 21 finalized clauses, including an immediate ceasefire, the return of all hostages within 48 hours, and the release of thousands of Palestinian security prisoners.
