On Memorial Day, as we should every day, we remember the great heroes who gave their lives for our country, our freedom, and our security. Please take a few minutes out of your day, in a moment of silent prayer, to tell them how grateful we are to them and their families. May God bless each and every one of them.
I would add that it is imperative that those of us who’ve benefited from their ultimate sacrifice do what we can to ensure that our country remains free and strong by standing on their shoulders, speaking out, defending our constitution, and rejecting those who seek the destruction of our nation from within.
We must also reject agreements with foreign regimes and groups that seek our destruction and endanger the very existence of our nation and future generations of Americans. Appeasement and self-delusion have cost our nation hundreds of thousands of young lives in wars we hoped to avoid, especially in the last century in the lead up to WWII.
Today, with the proliferation of nuclear weapons in the hands of communist and fascist regimes, and their pursuit by Islamist death cults, requires our eyes to be wider open than ever, and our decisions in the face of these threats to be wise and courageous. (Read More)
