"Today we once again witnessed a murderous attack that claimed the lives of innocent victims - the brothers Hillel Menachem Yaniv and Yagel Yaakov Yaniv, may their memory be a blessing. At the beginning of my remarks, I wish to send my condolences to the family and wish to embrace the citizens of Israel. There is nothing more symbolic that precisely on such a day, the Ministerial Committee approved our law, of Otzma Yehudit, the death penalty for terrorists.
