IDFtroops demolished illegal structures near the site of Friday's deadly Hebron attack, searched 200 locations, and arrested 10 suspects.
IDF troops, the Shin Bet (Israel Security Agency), Border Police officers, and the Judea Regional Brigade forcibly evacuated 2,000 Hebron-area Palestinians and destroyed an unspecified number of structures in the vicinity over the weekend in response to Friday morning’s deadly Hamas terrorist attack.
St.-Sgt. Ron Yonatan Roytman, 23, from Ashkelon, and Sgt. Yuval Shai Svilem, 20, from Hod Hasharon, were killed in the attack, while three others were lightly wounded. Two terrorists were killed during the confrontation, and the IDF said no additional terrorists were involved. (Read More)

A final Maariv poll shows the opposition widening its lead, with Eisenkot ahead of Netanyahu and 60% of Israelis favoring a unity government.
The gap between Israel's coalition and opposition blocs has widened to six seats ahead of Tuesday's Knesset election, despite the two largest parties being separated by just two seats, according to a Maariv poll by Lazar Research published Friday.
The coalition bloc receives just 48 seats this week, following the failure of Ofer Winter's People of Israel party to cross the electoral threshold. The party receives 3% of the vote, below the required 3.25%. Meanwhile, the opposition's change bloc has strengthened to 54 seats. Recent polling averages have shown the two political blocs nearly tied, highlighting the fluctuations in the election race.
The poll also shows that United Torah Judaism and Otzma Yehudit each lost one seat, polling 7 mandates, while Likud (19), Shas (8), and the Religious Zionist Party (7) each gained one. Overall, the coalition bloc has weakened by three seats compared with the previous week's poll. (Read More)

Two years later, StudyFinds posted an article on May 3, 2024, pointing out the following:
Apocalypse goes mainstream: The end of the world is
becoming normal conversation
"The exponential growth of artificial intelligence over the past year has sparked discussions about whether the era of human domination of our planet is drawing to a close. The most dire predictions claim that the machines will take over within five to 10 years. Fears of AI are not the only things driving public concern about the end of the world. Climate change and pandemic diseases are also well-known threats."
On October 18, 2026, the mainstream news organization The Guardian admitted in an article that the many challenges facing humanity at this time certainly feel unprecedented:
"These days, it's easy to succumb to hopelessness. Whether you're thinking about the climate crisis, the prospect of AI apocalypse, war or political turmoil, the list of challenges facing humanity can seem insurmountable. It certainly feels unprecedented, and much of it may be."
Why are apocalyptic expectations among Christians, Jews, and many secular people around the world on the rise, especially since 2020? Could it be because the unprecedented events taking place around the world are exactly what we would expect if we were indeed living in the end times?
Seven Signs Are Converging... And the World Isn't Paying Attention

PM says the IDF will apply its “aggressive” refugee-camp model in Hebron, evacuating residents and conducting house-to-house searches.
The IDF will apply a more aggressive counterterrorism model in Hebron and is prepared for a much broader operation across Judea and Samaria, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said during a visit to the area on Friday following a terrorist shooting that killed two IDF soldiers and wounded three others.
“We are going to implement the successful and aggressive model that we used in the refugee camps, which are essentially terrorist strongholds,” Netanyahu said.
“That is exactly what we will do here, inside a neighborhood in Hebron from which the terrorists came,” he continued. “We will evacuate the residents, we will go house to house, remove the weapons there, and all terrorist infrastructure will be dealt with and destroyed.”
Netanyahu said Israel would consider expanding the model to other cities in Judea and Samaria and would accelerate the demolition of illegal structures along roads that pose a threat to Israeli forces.
The prime minister said the IDF was also prepared for a large-scale operation throughout Judea and Samaria.
“The defense minister and I have seen plans for a very extensive IDF operation in Judea and Samaria, the likes of which have not been carried out since the Six-Day War,” Netanyahu said. “The IDF is ready to carry it out, and we will determine the timing, but it is on the way.”
Netanyahu said Israel had warned several weeks ago of attempts by its enemies to attack Israeli civilians and soldiers ahead of the Oct. 27 election.
“That is what they tried to do here,” he said. “IDF soldiers stopped it with their bodies and were also wounded. The soldiers not only stopped the terrorists, but charged them heroically and eliminated them.”
Five Israeli soldiers were shot in Friday morning’s terrorist attack near the Yehuda Junction in the Hebron area. Staff Sgt. Ron Yonatan Roytman, 23, of Ashkelon, and Sgt. Yuval Shai Svilem, 20, of Hod Hasharon, were killed, while three other soldiers were wounded. Two Palestinian terrorists were killed by IDF troops after a prolonged firefight. (Read More)

Amid fears of renewed fighting with Iran, Hezbollah's political opponents warn that the terrorist group could destabilize Lebanon through assassinations and security incidents.
Concerns are growing in Lebanon over the possibility of internal security unrest, particularly amid fears of renewed hostilities between Israel and the United States on one side and Iran on the other.
Kan 11 News reported that political factions opposed to Hezbollah fear the terrorist organization could exploit rising regional tensions to undermine the Lebanese government, potentially through assassinations and security incidents that could destabilize the country.
According to the report, officials in Beirut are preparing for the possibility that Hezbollah could join another military confrontation if fighting resumes between Israel and the United States and Iran, similar to its involvement during Operation Roaring Lion.
A source from the anti-Hezbollah political camp said recent statements by senior Hezbollah officials have raised particular concern.
According to the source, public threats made by Hezbollah members against the Lebanese government in recent days, along with warnings of potential action against it, may indicate that the organization is preparing a significant move on Lebanon's domestic front. (Read More)

As part of the military’s heightened alert, Zamir ordered a freeze on leave across IDF units effective Thursday, “subject to ongoing situational assessments.”
The IDF ordered a series of heightened readiness measures in recent days ahead of Israel’s 26th Knesset election on Oct. 27, after Chief of Staff Lt. Gen. Eyal Zamir held a multi-front situational assessment on the military’s preparations for the election period.
During the meeting earlier this week, Zamir was joined by the heads of the Operations and Intelligence directorates and the commanders of the Northern, Central, Southern and Home Front commands, according to an IDF statement.
“The Chief of the General Staff emphasized that the IDF’s mission is to enable the democratic elections to take place safely and as scheduled,” the statement said, adding that Zamir stressed that the military “remains on the highest state of alert and will maintain a high level of vigilance and readiness across all fronts.” (Read More)
Mounting sanctions and trade restrictions are intensifying pressure on Israel worldwide, with European governments playing an increasingly prominent role in efforts to boycott and isolate the Jewish state, raising concerns among experts about the long-term consequences for the country’s economy and international trade ties.
According to newly published data by the Jewish People Policy Institute (JPPI), an Israeli research organization focused on Jewish affairs and policy, 139 sanctions, restrictions, and diplomatic measures have been documented across 64 countries and entities, including 17 targeting academia, with 94 non-academic measures currently in force.
With more countries moving to impose punitive measures against Israel, analysts are warning that the growing international backlash could have far-reaching economic consequences, jeopardizing the country’s global trade ties, foreign investment, and long-term economic stability. (Read More)

The confirmation follows an Axios report revealing a US intelligence warning that Iran has significantly escalated efforts to target American personnel in the Middle East and beyond.
A US official confirmed to The Jerusalem Post on Friday that US Secretary of State and National Security Adviser Marco Rubio received an intelligence memorandum warning that Iran has significantly increased its efforts to target American officials and citizens, with plots to carry out lethal attacks reaching advanced stages.
The confirmation follows a report by Axios, which obtained the October 23 memorandum sent to Rubio by Director of National Intelligence Jay Clayton, with a copy to CIA Director John Ratcliffe.
According to the document, US intelligence agencies have received information through multiple channels indicating that Iran has substantially intensified its efforts to target American personnel. (Read More)
A senior Iranian lawmaker called on the Islamic Republic’s leadership Thursday to authorize the use of nuclear weapons for deterrence if the United States attacks Iran again and to suspend Tehran’s commitments under the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty.
Mohammad-Saleh Jokar, head of the Iranian parliament’s Internal Affairs Committee, said nuclear weapons should be permitted for national defense in the event of another U.S. attack.
“I ask the Islamic Republic’s authorities, in defense of the country and for the purpose of deterrence, to permit the use of deterrent weapons, including nuclear weapons, in the event of a US attack on Iran,” Jokar said on Thursday. (Read More)
Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu has warned that Mojtaba Khamenei ordered Iran to advance work on the weaponization systems needed for a nuclear bomb, as Tehran moves to protect its nuclear infrastructure underground.
In an interview, Netanyahu described the directive as
a significant development in Iran’s pursuit of nuclear weapons.
According to the intelligence information cited in the report, Iran holds approximately 450 kilograms of enriched uranium. The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps is also working to relocate nuclear facilities and centrifuges to underground sites at four locations to shield them from attack.
Netanyahu said the enriched uranium remains buried underground, consistent with previous statements by President Donald Trump.
The prime minister identified the overthrow of the Iranian regime as a strategic objective and emphasized Israel’s continuing coordination with Washington.
According to the report, the decision on a potential strike
against Iran’s nuclear facilities and its timing rests with Trump and his team
within that coordination.
Meanwhile, the United States is reinforcing its military presence in the Middle East with aerial refueling aircraft and a carrier strike group.
Israeli and American assessments indicate that Iran’s worsening economic crisis could push the Revolutionary Guards to accelerate the nuclear program. (Read More)

Do we seriously believe that the Lord and Netanyahu are
going to sit back and allow this current Islamic regime (or some future
jihadist Iranian government run by the Supreme Leader and the IRGC) to advance
work on the weaponization systems needed for a nuclear bomb that could destroy
the small nation of Israel with a single nuclear-tipped missile?
Iran will strike oil facilities, undersea cables, datacentres and AI facilities across as many as seven countries in the Gulf in the event of a fresh US-Israeli attack, Mohsen Rezaei, the secretary of Iran’s supreme national security council, has said.
Mehdi Mohammadi, an adviser to Mohammad Ghalibaf, the hardliner who led Iran’s negotiations with the US to end the conflict between the two countries, said Donald Trump and Benjamin Netanyahu had agreed in principle on an attack, but could not guarantee a successful outcome. He added: “We see the next conflict as an existential threat. The third war in two years means a threat to existence. Our strategy is ‘zero red lines’.”
Mohammadi said: “We break the temporal and spatial dimensions of the conflict. The war will continue longer and in a wider geographical area than the enemy anticipates.” (Read More)

Nikita Kapoor hosts the video series Decoded, published on
The Daily Jagran YouTube channel. On October 22, 2026, The Daily Jagran posted
the video titled "Thousands Of Troops On The Move! Trump's Kurdish Army To
Invade Iran As US-Israel Plan Bomb Rain?" In this video, which you can watch below, Nikita Kapoor
stated, "The next Iran war may not be won by airstrikes alone. It will be
won on the ground."
Could this have anything to do with the end-times prophecy in Jeremiah 49:37, which says:
"I myself will go with Elam’s enemies to shatter it. In my fierce anger, I will bring great disaster upon the people of Elam,' says the LORD. 'Their enemies will chase them with the sword until I have destroyed them completely."? (NLT)
Is it possible that a future ground war could break out in Iran, led by enemies of the Islamic regime, including Kurdish forces and millions of Iranian citizens, and lead to the overthrow of the regime?
Here are some interesting quotes from Kapoor taken from the
video, in which she lays out a potential future ground war involving the Kurds
that could threaten the survival of the Iranian regime:
"While the world is looking at the skies at the Israeli fighter jets flying 800 miles towards Iran, the real war is being prepared on the ground in the mountains of Kurdistan. Iran's most elite forces, the IRGC, is moving heavy weapons, artillery, drones, special forces, hundreds of them. And their destination is not the Israeli border. It is their own border, their own provinces. Sanandaj, Marivan, Kamyaran,Baneh, all of this inside Iran. So why is Iran deploying for a war inside Iran at a time when US and Israel have made it pretty clear that the war may restart post Israeli elections and US midterms because Iran knows something many have missed. The NEXT IRAN WAR may not be won by airstrikes alone. IT WILL BE WON ON THE GROUND and for that Donald Trump and Benjamin Netanyahu have only one army that can walk into Iran tomorrow."
..."This is Iran's nightmare scenario, viewers. A war with Israel and America in the air and a Kurdish uprising on the ground. So, let's put it all together for you. You have Israeli jets practicing an 800 mile strike on Iran. You have a leaked plan that shows that Benjamin Netanyahu wants to hit Iranian power plants and topple the Iranian regime. And Donald Trump is the one holding the brakes till November 3rd. And then you have Iran promising all out war without any restraint. And now you have the IRGC rushing heavy weapons to Kurdistan, setting up ambushes in the Shaho region in the mountains of Kurdistan, shelling border areas. This is not a coincidence at all. This is a full spectrum preparation for a bigger war, one we have not seen before. Air war being rehearsed by Israel and America together, ground war being prepared by America through its Kurdish allies in Iran and counterinsurgency operations being launched preemptively by Iran itself. The question is no longer if there will be a second war. The question is what will it actually look like? Will it be just the air strikes like earlier or will it be airstrikes PLUS a Kurdish GROUND OFFENSIVE that could actually threaten the survival of the Islamic regime of Iran? "

Thousands Of Troops On The Move! Trump's Kurdish Army To Invade Iran As US-Israel Plan Bomb Rain?
Hamas has warned Israel that it is prepared to carry out another attack similar to the October 7, 2023, massacre, with potential targets inside Israel, in Judea and Samaria, and overseas, Ynet reported Thursday.
According to the report, the threat was delivered to Israeli officials through UN humanitarian coordinator Dr. Ramiz Alakbarov, who met with senior Hamas representatives at his office in Gaza last week.
During the meeting, the Hamas officials reportedly expressed growing frustration over developments that they said were weakening the terrorist organization's control over the Gaza Strip. These included continued Israeli military operations and changes to the "yellow line" marking IDF positions.
Hamas officials also cited Palestinian Authority chief Mahmoud Abbas' cancellation of elections scheduled for November 28 as another development undermining their position.
The officials reportedly made clear that Hamas was unwilling to accept the continuation of the current situation and asked Alakbarov to convey its warning to Israel. (Read More)
The New York Times reported that American and Israeli military planners have reportedly developed options for an operation against Iran lasting roughly three days.
The United States and Israel are preparing for a possible new attack on Iran after the American midterm elections, even as questions persist over whether another military campaign would secure concessions from Tehran, The New York Times reported.
The proposed campaign would concentrate strikes into roughly three days, concentrating operation on nuclear facilities, missile and drone capabilities, and parts of Iran’s energy infrastructure.
US officials and others familiar with the discussions said the United States is also assembling additional forces. Its planned deployment, including three aircraft carriers, Marines, combat aircraft and Special Operations personnel, is expected to be fully positioned by early November.
President Donald Trump has not approved an attack. The Times reported that he has repeatedly held back proposed operations, including one earlier this month that both militaries had prepared to launch. (Read More)
