Kan reports that after the establishment of the Hezbollah encampment on Mount Dov was revealed about two weeks ago, Israel held a briefing for several countries on the subject.
According to the review provided, Israel did not ask those countries to help by diplomatic means to resolve the issue. The briefing was intended to convey the message that it is aware of what is happening in its territory, and perhaps even cause those countries to voluntarily convey messages to bring about a solution to the incident through political means.
