A senior source in Israel's military on Thursday morning responded to the elimination of terrorists in Shechem (Nablus) with the statement that the military is prepared for a widescale operation, if need be.
Earlier on Thursday morning, Israeli security forces eliminated the two Hamas terrorists responsible for the murders of Lucy, Maia, and Rina Dee, as well as their aide, a Palesitnian Authority Arab.
Speaking on Galatz, the senior source noted that the longer it takes to lay hands on terrorists following an attack, the more their actions inspire others.
"There are no cities of refuge in the area of Judea and Samaria," the source told Galatz. "We will reach every place."
"Time is of great importance - when we foil it quickly it reins in terror." He added, "The more time passes, the more it inspires additional terror."
Later, he emphasized, "We are also ready for more significant operations, if need be."
