Iran’s supreme leader on Tuesday accused the United States of seeking to destroy Islamic civilization, and said that Obama administration officials who claim empathy for Islam are lying hypocrites, the semi-state Fars news agency reported.
The US-led plots must be met with “vigilance”
and “resistance,” said Ayatollah Ali Khamenei in a fierce attack on
America policies and attitudes.
