'Congress Can Keep Iran from Becoming a Nuclear Threshold State'

Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu expressed hope Thursday that the US Congress will block the nuclear agreement with Iran.



"If this agreement fails to pass in Congress, this will prevent the greatest danger, of Iran becoming a nuclear threshold state in 10 years, with permission and authority,” he told diplomatic reporters in a briefing.

"The more one studies the agreement, the greater the opposition to it grows,” he said. “The greatest limitation on manufacturing nuclear bombs is enrichment of uranium. This path has been completely broken open. Iran can produce an unlimited number of centrifuges, enrich an unlimited amount of uranium, and create fissile material on the verge of turning it into nuclear material.” (READ MORE)
