The "Timely" Death of Iran's President - A Prophetical Consideration

In this edition of Stand in the Gap Today, Sam Rohrer and Bill Salus review the recent death of the president of Iran, Ebrahim Raisi, and other key leaders of Iran in a helicopter crash and its possible prophetic connection. Although the cause of the crash has not yet been announced, Bill points out that the removal of two of the three top leaders of Iran is at a critical time in history when they want to wipe Israel off the map. Bill compares the story of Haman and Mordecai in Esther 3 with the recently deceased leaders of Iran. Could their destruction have been an application of God’s foreign policy of curse for curse in kind found in Genesis 12:3? Where God says of Israel, the apple of His eye: “I will bless them who bless you and curse them who curse you. “ Iran is the subject of dual end time prophecies, Ezekiel 38 and also the prophecy of Elam found in Jeremiah 49:34-39. Bill considers the possibility that the prophecy of Elam could find prophetic application related to the sudden death of Raisi.
